Our Tenancy Solutions options offer a ‘One Stop Shop’ as well as ‘A La Carte’ Services for all your  Tenancy and rented property needs…Pay only for what you need!

No two properties/Lets are the same…therefore we structure our fee rates on the various merits relating to property types, location, size, age, specification & general condition, Tenant target profile and rental income potential.

For multiple instructions / portfolios, we are happy to discuss and agree a fee structure with Clients/Landlords on an individual basis, once we have established the Landlord’s particular requirements & preferences in terms of level of service sought.

Letting fees are subject to the prevailing VAT Rate.

Our terms of business for full Letting & Tenancy Management include the requirement for us to enter into a statutory PSRA (Property Services Regulatory Authority)  Client Service Agreement to be executed with the property owner outlining the specific terms of engagement.
