➢ Rent arrears
➢ RTB Proceedings
We can only represent the interests of one or other party involved in any dispute or offer independent neutral advice on the agreement based on the information provided.
This service may require a visit to the property in question and furthermore may include representation at RTB Dispute Hearings but ultimately it is best to resolve any dispute independently of RTB involvement.
