Description

INVENTORY LISTINGS & CONDITIONS STATEMENTS

 

An Inventory and Condition Statement is a vital part of any tenancy agreement as it holds the record of the contents of a property and the agreed condition.

If no agreed Inventory & Condition Statement is in place or provided to a tenant then there can be no deduction from a tenant’s security deposit at the end of tenancy as any dispute in this regard taken to the RTB for resolution will require provision of such to support any case being brought on the grounds of damage to a property or missing items.

We can arrange to visit your property and conduct a thorough survey and record of contents, features and conditions,  including photography, to be formalised in an Inventory & Condition Statement to be agreed and executed by Tenants on commencement of a new tenancy.
