• Advertising on Christies PMP’s website and media channels including main national portals
• Drafting of Inventory list and Condition Statement of all contents in the property as appears at the commencement of each new Tenancy.
• Check-In of the tenant to the property, execute the Inventory & Condition Statement
• Meter Readings recorded and Utilities transferred into the tenant’s name
• Rent collection & management of timely payments
• Handling all contact with the tenant during Tenancy including day to day maintenance and repair requirements
• Evaluate required repairs / works and cause where possible to establish liability
• Monthly reporting and Account statement to the Landlord
• Regular management Inspections and reporting to the Landlord
• Rent review negotiations and agreements
• Issuing of Legal notices to the tenant(s) as appropriate
• Check-0ut of the tenant at expiry of the Tenancy and cross check of Inventory & Condition Statement
• Deposit Refund handling and deductions as appropriate
• Assist Landlord with any disputes arising with Tenants
• Preparation of property for re marketing and re-letting
