• Christies PMP operate our own in-house and designated Property Maintenance Partner Company, enabling us to respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance and Repair calls.
• Over the years we have built up strong relationships with a team of independent Sub-Contractors incl Electrical, Plumbing & Heating engineers, Domestic Appliance supplies and servicing, Painting and Decorating, Furniture/Flooring and General Handyman services, enabling us to obtain preferential and competitive rates for our Client’s benefit.
• We can provide minor repairs and decorating (touch ups) or full Refurbishment & Fit Out services as required.
• We operate a dedicated Out of Hours “Emergency” ‘on call’ contact line for Tenants.
